On health, as a half of the whole
The Laegna number is two halves multiplied: L = h Β· l. The first half is health, h. The second half is longevity, l. The multiplication is not a trick. It is the heart of the matter.
A person can have a great many years and be unwell in most of them. The Laegna number is small. A person can be very well, and have only a few years. The Laegna number is also small. The number grows when both halves point the same way β when the years you have are years you can inhabit.
This is why the framework refuses to choose. It will not say live longer at any cost. It will not say be healthy without regard for the arc. It asks: how can both be tended, together, so that the product grows?
The answer is small, daily, and shared. That is the rest of the library.
